Above the house fondation in concrete lays the wooden frame structure of the house. The ground floor is clad in cork while the first floor and pitched roof are both covered in anthracite standing seam metal.
The photovoltaic modules completely cover the roof pitch
For cladding the facades were used cork panels and metal sheets

A big staircase links the two storeys. It is built with pleated wood and painted anthracite grey
