Crediti: Foto \u00a9 ICTR.<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1772459224831{padding-top: 25px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>L\u2019energia come linguaggio architettonico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Progettato dallo Studio Vacchini architetti a seguito di concorso, l\u2019impianto di termovalorizzazione di Giubiasco \u00e8 considerato una delle opere pi\u00f9 emblematiche dell\u2019architettura industriale ticinese contemporanea. La chiarezza strutturale, la forza volumetrica e la pelle metallica che ne definisce l\u2019involucro conferiscono all\u2019edificio una presenza scultorea nel paesaggio infrastrutturale del Cantone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nel 2023 \u00e8 maturata la decisione di ampliare l\u2019impianto fotovoltaico esistente (81.4 kW su tetto piano), con l\u2019obiettivo di aumentare la produzione invernale e stabilizzare il profilo di generazione elettrica. L\u2019utilizzo delle facciate, in questo senso, si \u00e8 rivelato la soluzione pi\u00f9 logica. Il progetto \u00e8 stato sviluppato in accordo con l\u2019architetto referente dell\u2019opera, arch. Eloisa Vacchini, garantendo continuit\u00e0 con il linguaggio originario dell\u2019edificio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per ragioni compositive si \u00e8 deciso di rivestire integralmente le superfici interessate, estendendo l\u2019intervento anche alle facciate est e ovest e applicando i moduli in modo da coprire completamente i prospetti. L\u2019integrazione fotovoltaica non si limita quindi a un aggiornamento tecnologico, ma diventa un\u2019evoluzione coerente dell\u2019involucro: l\u2019energia si fa elemento espressivo e rinnova la percezione dell\u2019edificio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tecnologia e vincoli: una soluzione su misura per la facciata solare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La nuova pelle fotovoltaica integra 776 moduli Trina 440 FullBlack per una potenza complessiva di 341 kWp e un investimento di circa 450\u2019000 CHF (IVA esclusa).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto ha dovuto confrontarsi con rigidi vincoli antincendio e architettonici. Per rispettare le normative vigenti sono stati utilizzati moduli in doppio vetro (vetro\/vetro), oltre a una stringatura dedicata e all\u2019impiego di ottimizzatori di potenza, dispositivi che consentono il controllo e il monitoraggio puntuale di ciascun modulo, migliorando sicurezza e rendimento anche in presenza di ombreggiamenti parziali.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 stato adottato il sistema di montaggio Novotegra per facciate ventilate, basato su una struttura in alluminio installata davanti alla parete portante. Il telaio, fissato tramite distanziatori, crea un\u2019intercapedine d\u2019aria che garantisce la ventilazione posteriore dei moduli senza interferire con l\u2019involucro edilizio esistente. I collegamenti elettrici e gli elementi di fissaggio, completamente nascosti dietro la superficie vetrata, assicurano un\u2019immagine uniforme e continua. La scelta dei moduli neri con finitura antiriflesso rafforza l\u2019integrazione visiva con l\u2019architettura originale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La domanda di costruzione \u00e8 stata inoltrata nel 2024; l\u2019impianto \u00e8 stato realizzato tra ottobre 2024 e marzo 2025 ed \u00e8 entrato in funzione nell\u2019aprile 2025. L\u2019energia prodotta viene interamente autoconsumata sul posto, in considerazione dell\u2019elevato fabbisogno elettrico dell\u2019infrastruttura. Grazie anche agli incentivi ottenuti, si prevede che l\u2019investimento venga ammortizzato prima del termine della vita utile dell\u2019impianto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019installazione dei moduli \u00e8 stata curata da More Engineering, mentre i collegamenti elettrici sono stati realizzati da Instalux SA.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;
