La sua facciata \u00e8 stata rinnovata attraverso un involucro ottimizzato, ad alte prestazioni energetiche, leggero e trasparente, rivestito con moduli fotovoltaici che, allo stesso tempo, ombreggiano gli spazi interni.<\/p>\n<p>Gli spazi locativi sono collegati a un nuovo atrio che crea un rapporto sinergico e di condivisione delle conoscenze tra i diversi dipartimenti. La posizione centrale dell&#8217;atrio conferisce identit\u00e0 e un senso di appartenenza agli utenti dell&#8217;edificio.<\/p>\n<p>I terrazzi in cemento sul tetto sono stati trasformati in spazi verdi e collegati al parco circostante per ritardare il deflusso delle acque piovane dai tetti al suolo e creare biodiversit\u00e0 per piante e microorganismi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I moduli fotovoltaici orizzontali integrati sulle facciate sono ricoperti da vetro trattato colorato per armonizzarsi con il rivestimento metallico della struttura di supporto degli elementi della facciata.
