Il centro culturale Obere M\u00fchle di D\u00fcbendorf, un complesso di mulini centenari, \u00e8 da tempo parte integrante del patrimonio locale. Il nuovo edificio &#8216;Speicher&#8217; (deposito) \u00e8 il nuovo spazio multifunzionale voluto dal comune, che ora ospita vari eventi culturali e sociali, tra cui mostre d&#8217;arte, concerti e workshop, facendone un centro culturale per D\u00fcbendorf.<\/p>\n<p>Lo &#8216;Speicher&#8217; condivide il cortile pavimentato con il mulino superiore. Il foyer con la cucina per il catering, situato al centro delle tre falde, pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato anche per eventi comuni. La sala principale si trova sotto la falda orientale, mentre sotto quella occidentale si trovano due sale per le associazioni. Con le sue falde spioventi, il deposito \u00e8 in linea con gli edifici circostanti.<\/p>\n<p>Per adattarsi all&#8217;estetica del nuovo edificio polifunzionale moderno e multifunzionale, tutti i moduli fotovoltaici sono stati realizzati su misura e installati con il metodo in-roof (integrati nella superficie del tetto).
