Tuttavia, accedere e gestire tale variet\u00e0 di dati in modo efficace durante le fasi iniziali di un progetto pu\u00f2 rappresentare una sfida importante. Valutazioni energetiche esaurienti effettuate nelle varie fasi progettuali devono promuovere ambienti costruiti sostenibili in linea con la Strategia Energetica Svizzera 2050,1 ponendo enfasi sull&#8217;efficienza energetica e l&#8217;adozione di sistemi di energia rinnovabile (RES). A tal proposito, grazie ai bassi costi di manutenzione, alla disponibilit\u00e0 immediata della radiazione solare e ai miglioramenti significativi nell\u2019efficienza di conversione dell\u2019energia, l\u2019utilizzo della tecnologia fotovoltaica (PV) rappresenta una soluzione chiave per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Direttiva europea sul Rendimento energetico degli Edifici (EPBD) prescrive che i nuovi edifici nei Paesi dell&#8217;Unione Europea debbano raggiungere standard energetici elevati, sfruttando sempre di pi\u00f9 fonti di energia rinnovabili. In tal senso, il fotovoltaico integrato nell&#8217;edificio (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics, BIPV), rappresenta un approccio innovativo per favorire l&#8217;energia rinnovabile nel settore edilizio. A differenza del tradizionale fotovoltaico applicato agli edifici (BAPV), il BIPV integra le celle fotovoltaiche negli elementi costruttivi (ad esempio, facciate, tetti), svolgendo sia la produzione di energia che la funzione architettonica, migliorando cos\u00ec l&#8217;efficienza energetica degli edifici e la produzione locale di energia rinnovabile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La startup zurighese Amenti AG, riconoscendo l\u2019importanza di fornire informazioni di dettaglio nei progetti immobiliari, sta attivamente sviluppando uno applicativo SaaS (Software as a Service). Questo strumento utilizza i dati locali per le valutazioni di fattibilit\u00e0, ma non \u00e8 ancora compatibile con i sistemi BIPV. In collaborazione con la Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera italiana (SUPSI) e Virid\u00e9n + Partner, Amenti AG intende perfezionare la sua applicazione attraverso un progetto finanziato dall\u2019Agenzia svizzera per la promozione dell\u2019innovazione (Innosuisse). Questa iniziativa mira a integrare nello strumento la valutazione del potenziale BIPV, tecniche di machine learning per un calcolo rapido e accurato del potenziale solare in vari scenari progettuali.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il nuovo modulo consentir\u00e0 agli utenti di valutare la fattibilit\u00e0 di un impianto BIPV, di generare rapporti di valutazione in formato PDF e di prendere decisioni ponderate sull&#8217;integrazione del solare fotovoltaico fin dalle prime fasi del processo di progettazione. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 in linea con le tendenze del settore verso pratiche edilizie pi\u00f9 sostenibili e l&#8217;integrazione delle energie rinnovabili. Il modello di stima del potenziale solare tiene conto dell&#8217;ombreggiatura locale, delle caratteristiche del sito e dei fattori ambientali utilizzando metodi di machine learning per garantire l&#8217;accuratezza dei risultati senza ricorrere a conoscenze o strumenti specialistici. La calibrazione ha richiesto un&#8217;ampia raccolta di dati e la convalida del modello, ottenendo prestazioni solide in diversi scenari urbani.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In conclusione, l&#8217;integrazione di soluzioni BIPV nelle facciate degli edifici offre significativi vantaggi ambientali ed economici.
