Si tratta del primo edificio in Ticino a raggiungere il pi\u00f9 alto standard svizzero di costruzione sostenibile (SNBS).<br \/>\nIl sughero di facciata avvolge la struttura portante di legno intelaiato. L\u2019idea della facciata \u00e8 quella di ricostituire una corteccia tecnologica con un motivo che richiama il mondo digitale dei codici a barre verticali intercalati ai moduli minerali fotovoltaici in silicio cristallino nelle facciate sud e ovest.<br \/>\nUna piccola porzione del tetto verde \u00e8 anch\u2019essa occupata da moduli fotovoltaici supplementari, ma senza limitare la presenza del verde estensivo che insieme alla sistemazione degli spazi esterni partecipano alla rigenerazione e arricchimento della biodiversit\u00e0 del contesto limitrofo (flora e piccola fauna con particolare attenzione all\u2019avio fauna).<br \/>\nIl modello urbanistico a cui ci si riferisce \u00e8 quello della \u201csmart city\u201d, o citt\u00e0 intelligente, con la concretizzazione di modelli abitativi comunitari secondo le pi\u00f9 recenti modalit\u00e0 di \u201csmart living\u201d e di \u201cco-working\u201d. Nella fattispecie si \u00e8 progettato un \u201chub\u201d residenziale per locazioni di breve durata: un edificio a met\u00e0 strada fra una residenza plurifamiliare e una struttura albergheria. Ventidue appartamenti arredati e completi di tutte le suppellettili, pronti ad essere abitati anche per poche settimane, e dotati di uno standard Konnex KNX per una domotica al servizio della sostenibilit\u00e0.<br \/>\nL&#8217;edificio promuove anche la mobilit\u00e0 elettrica con colonnine di ricarica per le automobili, e mette a disposizione degli inquilini alcune biciclette elettriche, che unite a batterie di accumulo di nuova generazione posate nelle centrali tecnologiche permettono il 100% dell&#8217;autoconsumo dell&#8217;energia prodotta dall\u2019 impianto fotovoltaico.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"50\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"50\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"50\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"50\" style=\"height: 50px;\"><\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;59486&#8243;
