Il nuovo progetto si basa volumetricamente sulla struttura semplice degli edifici agricoli rurali.<br \/>Verso la Tobelhofstrasse si sviluppa un passaggio che riprende un porticato piantumato, per accedere ai due ingressi e ai piani superiori, formando un filtro ritmico verso la strada.<br \/>L&#8217;interno della casa \u00e8 caratterizzato da una struttura portante di colonne e travi prefabbricate in calcestruzzo, che scandiscono il ritmo degli appartamenti.<br \/>Grazie a elementi scorrevoli che possono essere accostati davanti alle colonne e spostati sul piano delle travi, \u00e8 possibile orchestrare diverse situazioni abitative, come nella casa giapponese.<br \/>Verso sud, l&#8217;edificio si apre al paesaggio e al giardino comune con un&#8217;ampia veranda. I 18 elementi che compongono il tetto, di tre tipi diversi, sono stati consegnati in cantiere gi\u00e0 dotati della sottostruttura per i pannelli solari.
