Si \u00e8 quindi deciso di procedere alla ristrutturazione secondo i requisiti dello standard energetico Minergie-A-ECO. La caratteristica pi\u00f9 evidente \u00e8 un impianto fotovoltaico integrato sull&#8217;intera superficie del tetto. L&#8217;impianto produce pi\u00f9 dell&#8217;energia di cui la casa ha bisogno per il suo bilancio energetico annuale.
