La ristrutturazione, che non ha interrotto i servizi amministrativi, aveva come obiettivo principale quello di sfruttare al meglio l\u2019involucro esterno preservandone la struttura in calcestruzzo. Le qualit\u00e0 degli interni dell\u2019edificio esistenti, la pianta priva di pilastri e le aree utilizzabili ben sfruttate, sono state mantenute e, in alcune zone, ottimizzate.<\/p>\n<p>Ridisegnando lo spazio per gli uffici \u00e8 stato possibile creare un terzo in pi\u00f9 di postazioni di lavoro. Gli elementi della facciata tra le colonne in calcestruzzo sono stati completamente rinnovati. Ora producono elettricit\u00e0 grazie agli elementi fotovoltaici che fungono da rivestimento del parapetto ed enfatizzano la stratificazione della facciata.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ben integrato nella facciata di 1.600 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0dell\u2019edificio amministrativo, l\u2019impianto fotovoltaico di 158 kWp genera 69.800 kWh\/a e copre il 6 % degli 1.21 GWh\/a consumati dall\u2019edificio stesso.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"50\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"50\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"50\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"50\" style=\"height: 50px;\"><\/div>[vc_single_image image=&#8221;50285&#8243;
