Ospita uffici, magazzini, officine e un&#8217;autorimessa. Tetto e facciata sono entrambi rivestiti da elementi prefabbricati in legno.<br \/>\nIl tetto si presenta come una copertura a dente di sega, ma in realt\u00e0 non rientra in questa tipologia perch\u00e9 entrambe le superfici sono chiuse. La falda sud \u00e8 rivestita da tegole fotovoltaiche. Tra le finestre della facciata sud, invece dei pannelli in legno scuro, sono stati utilizzati dei moduli fotovoltaici serigrafati.<br \/>\nLe fasce fotovoltaiche sporgono leggermente dalla facciata
