Si tratta di una squadra unificata che ha progettato, costruito e gestito una casa solare a consumo energetico nullo, sostenibile e innovativa a Dubai, un prototipo della casa del futuro: X-House.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto BIPV comprende un sistema integrato di tetto fotovoltaico e un sistema integrato di involucro fotovoltaico. Questi due sistemi sono utilizzati simultaneamente come componenti di ombreggiamento e di generazione di energia, aiutando la X-House a raggiungere un consumo di energia pari a zero, e nel contempo isolano la casa dal caldo sole del Medio Oriente e riducendo le perdite energetiche.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TETTO BIPV<\/p>\n<p>Il sistema fotovoltaico integrato nel tetto \u00e8 la fonte di energia della X-House. Per contrastare gli elementi atmosferici, si ispira al passato attraverso un atrio e un dispositivo di captazione del vento. L&#8217;intero tetto \u00e8 progettato con moduli fotovoltaici che agiscono come un doppio sistema di copertura. Lo strato di ventilazione migliora notevolmente il rendimento dei pannelli fotovoltaici evitando il surriscaldamento. La luce del sole riflessa dal film Radi-Cool (con il 91% di riflettanza solare) sul tetto inferiore fornisce il 30% in pi\u00f9 di radiazione per la generazione di energia tramite i moduli fotovoltaici bi-facciali e quindi migliora il rendimento dell&#8217;impianto fotovoltaico. Le lastre di controllo climatico a forma di X si attivano elettronicamente e sono collocate tutto intorno all&#8217; abitazione, questo sistema pu\u00f2 passare da uno stato all&#8217;altro:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1) Tempo favorevole &#8211; le lastre amplificano il flusso del vento fino alle stanze per mantenere il comfort.<\/p>\n<p>2) Tempo caldo &#8211; le lastre si aprono e il vento fluisce attraverso per raffreddare i moduli fotovoltaici.<\/p>\n<p>3) Ventoso &#8211; con tutte le lastre e le persiane chiuse, si forma una zona cuscinetto protetta da sabbia e polvere.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>X-House ha optato per il prodotto pi\u00f9 avanzato di Yingli solar: YL405CG2536F-2 1\/2. Questi moduli utilizzano celle solari in silicio cristallino di tipo PANDA. I moduli fotovoltaici bifacciali possono raggiungere una produzione annuale di energia di circa 27 MWh (26&#8217;811 kWh), che \u00e8 quattro volte il consumo annuale di questo edificio. Sulla base dei risultati, durante il periodo del concorso dal 13 al 23 novembre, X-House ha consumato 362 kWh e generato 645 kWh, il che dimostra che la produzione energetica di X-House \u00e8 1,8 volte il consumo di energia nel periodo tardo autunnale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MURO VEGETALE BIPV<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;involucro \u00e8 modulare e multifunzionale. Ogni modulo consiste in tre componenti: telaio principale (prefabbricato 400 x 400 mm UHPC \u2013 Ultra High Performance Concrete), pannello frontale e pannello interno. Per la X-House sono stati selezionati due tipi di prodotti &#8211; uno \u00e8 un prodotto colorato smaltato nero scuro di GAIN SOLAR con trasmittanza della luce pari a zero e struttura del vetro nero e l&#8217;altro \u00e8 un modulo a film di tellururo di cadmio di Advanced SolTech Renewable Energy, con trasmittanza della luce pari al 70%. I pannelli interni possono essere abbinati a elementi &#8220;vegetali&#8221; oppure collegati a diversi dispositivi a corrente continua. Polo L\u00f3pez)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto X-House integra moduli BIPV sia nel tetto orizzontale che come elemento verticale di copertura schermante intorno alla casa. La struttura \u00e8 molto ben costruita e rivela il grande sforzo del team per conseguire l&#8217;obiettivo. Partendo dalla parte superiore della casa, il tetto a doppio strato \u00e8 composto da moduli fotovoltaici bifacciali ad alta efficienza (bi-facciali) e da una pellicola riflettente Radiative-Cool, che raffredda il tetto e contribuisce a migliorare la produzione di energia rinnovabile dalla parte posteriore dei moduli.<\/p>\n<p>La costruzione \u00e8 perfettamente integrata sia con il sistema energetico dell&#8217;edificio che con l&#8217;interessante sistema di raffreddamento sottostante che \u00e8 costituito da elementi mobili (come una reinterpretazione delle torri di raffreddamento tradizionali). L&#8217;elemento di ombreggiamento (la recinzione verticale) intorno alla casa \u00e8 un componente modulare con scopi multifunzionali. Il design della recinzione \u00e8 realizzato da contenitori bianchi stampati in 3D e di facile montaggio che integrano due diverse tecnologie BIPV: celle solari cristalline nere per il contenitore opaco e celle a film sottile CdTe semitrasparenti per il quello trasparente. L&#8217;elemento BIPV fornisce sufficiente energia (5V ciascuno) per alimentare gli apparecchi per migliorare il comfort esterno.
