Dall&#8217;agosto 2020, due nuovi edifici completano lo sviluppo del quartiere, integrandosi con la pianificazione urbana e il design esistenti. Da lontano sono indistinguibili dagli edifici esistenti. Tuttavia, a seconda dell&#8217;incidenza della luce solare, uno sguardo pi\u00f9 attento mostrer\u00e0 che invece di pannelli in vetro smaltato nero, le facciate sono ora rivestite con moduli fotovoltaici.
