Le finestre offrono scorci diversi e permettono al calore solare passivo di irradiarsi all\u2019interno. Quattro unit\u00e0 di diversa configurazione sono disposte su ogni piano. Gli appartamenti sono orientati attorno agli angoli e sono quindi illuminati da diversi lati. Le singole pareti, leggermente inclinate, creano una tensione spaziale. Dal soffitto del seminterrato in su, gli edifici sono fatti interamente di legno; i soffitti in legno massiccio sono a vista, mentre le pareti sono intonacate di bianco.<br \/>\nUn balcone ad angolo, rivestito da sfavillanti moduli fotovoltaici multicristallini dorati, avvolge i due edifici su tre lati, rendendoli molto caratteristici e rifornendo l\u2019edificio di energia elettrica. Il riscaldamento a pellet \u00e8 supportato da collettori solari e fornisce l\u2019energia per il riscaldamento. Il sistema di ventilazione centrale \u00e8 controllato da sensori di CO2 situati all\u2019interno di ogni unit\u00e0.<br \/>\nUno spazio versatile di ritrovo si estende tra i due edifici. Zone arbustive completano le aree di gioco e forniscono un habitat a molte piccole creature.
