I due edifici sono CO<sub>2<\/sub>-neutrali grazie ai moduli fotovoltaici installati sulle facciate e sul tetto, come anche alle due turbine eoliche, dal momento che queste installazioni permettono una produzione di elettricit\u00e0 locale.
