L\u2019obiettivo principale della ristrutturazione \u00e8 il rinnovamento dei servizi e la modernizzazione progettuale e tecnica degli uffici e degli ambienti comuni: reception, sale pausa e caffetteria. Un altro punto fondamentale \u00e8 il rinnovo completo della facciata, che d\u00e0 all\u2019edificio un aspetto nuovo, distintivo e inconfondibile. Le schermature in vetro sono dotate di celle fotovoltaiche sulle facciate esposte a sud e sono controllate da un motore che le regola in base alla posizione del sole. Rappresentano un elemento di design innovativo e servono contemporaneamente a fornire ombra ed energia.<\/p>\n<p>In termini di pianificazione urbana, il concetto di facciata con delle lamelle vetrate crea un effetto calmante sull\u2019edificio, che \u00e8 gi\u00e0 relativamente complesso a causa della sua forma. Queste lamelle posizionate verticalmente si regolano in base alla posizione del sole.
