Oggi, gli architetti sono alla ricerca di ulteriori prodotti BIPV per progettare facciate attive con nuovi linguaggi architettonici. Per questo motivo, i produttori di BIPV hanno iniziato a personalizzare i moduli BIPV per soddisfare le esigenze di architetti e clienti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quali tecniche di colorazione sono utilizzate per ottenere moduli BIPV colorati?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Negli ultimi anni, sono state sviluppate e adottate diverse tecniche di personalizzazione per ottenere moduli BIPV colorati o con texture. Alcune di queste tecniche sono riportate di seguito:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interstrati colorati: un interstrato con un certo colore e\/o motivo pu\u00f2 essere laminato all&#8217;interno del modulo come incapsulante che fornisce un aspetto colorato o texturizzato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Incapsulante colorato: invece di usare ulteriori interstrati colorati, l&#8217;incapsulante stesso pu\u00f2 essere fatto di polivinilbutirrale (PVB) colorato per ottenere vetri colorati con vari gradi di trasparenza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Filtri solari speciali: filtri di dispersione e di riflessione, come i filtri spettralmente selettivi, sono stati sviluppati per l&#8217;applicazione su vetro frontale. Questi filtri sono caratterizzati dalla capacit\u00e0 di comportarsi diversamente a seconda delle lunghezze d&#8217;onda della luce. In questo modo \u00e8 possibile ottenere un aspetto colorato omogeneo o texturizzato che nasconde completamente le celle fotovoltaiche che ancora convertono una parte dell&#8217;irradiazione solare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Trattamenti del vetro frontale: i tipici trattamenti del vetro per ottenere vetri colorati possono essere applicati anche per personalizzare il vetro frontale dei moduli BIPV. Tra questi trattamenti colorati, ci sono il vetro sinterizzato (una pasta ceramica colorata viene applicata al vetro prima della tempra del vetro per ottenere un vetro colorato con vari gradi di trasparenza), il vetro stampato digitalmente (un inchiostro speciale viene depositato sulle superfici del vetro per produrre un vetro colorato o decorato con vari gradi di trasparenza) o il vetro colorato in serie (additivi chimici vengono aggiunti durante specifiche fasi di produzione del vetro per ottenere un vetro colorato semi-trasparente).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come influisce un vetro frontale colorato sull&#8217;involucro BIPV?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ci sono molte caratteristiche che possono essere influenzate da un vetro frontale colorato, come: l&#8217;aspetto estetico, l&#8217;effetto di abbagliamento e la produzione di FV, tra le altre.<\/p>\n<p><em>Aspetto estetico<\/em><br \/>\nL&#8217;uso di un vetro frontale colorato pu\u00f2 nascondere parzialmente o totalmente le celle fotovoltaiche, permettendo agli architetti e ai progettisti di facciate di non essere dipendenti dal modello quadrato della cella o dal modello rettangolare dei moduli fotovoltaici convenzionali. Al contrario, possono lavorare con superfici colorate omogenee e modellare il linguaggio architettonico della facciata giocando sulla personalizzazione del modulo fotovoltaico.<\/p>\n<p><em>Effetto abbagliamento<br \/>\n<\/em>L&#8217;effetto di abbagliamento dei moduli fotovoltaici \u00e8 stato studiato per evitare l&#8217;abbagliamento disabilitante nelle vicinanze degli aeroporti (ad esempio Jakubiec, J. A. &amp; Reinhart, C.F., 2014). Ma l&#8217;abbagliamento prodotto dai vetri fotovoltaici, pu\u00f2 avere un impatto sulle aree urbane e sui suoi abitanti.<br \/>\nPrecauzionalmente, questo effetto dovrebbe essere ridotto il pi\u00f9 possibile con misure preventive attraverso soluzioni e\u00a0 tecniche economicamente sopportabili. Un abbagliamento fastidioso potrebbe portare a un disturbo significativo del benessere e quindi l&#8217;intensit\u00e0 e la durata dell&#8217;abbagliamento dovrebbero essere attentamente soppesate per non essere dannose o fastidiose. I materiali scuri e opachi sono da preferire in quanto hanno una bassa riflettivit\u00e0\u00b9. La posizione e la funzione del punto di osservazione soggetto all&#8217;abbagliamento giocano anche un ruolo che include una componente psicologica e soggettiva. Per quanto riguarda il comfort, nel caso di moduli semitrasparenti,\u00a0 possono influenzare la qualit\u00e0 dell&#8217;illuminazione naturale dell&#8217;ambiente interno, l&#8217;uniformit\u00e0, il fattore di luce diurna o la probabilit\u00e0 di abbagliamento, aspetti che influenzano anche il consumo energetico\u00b2 .<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 interessante menzionare che il vetro frontale fotovoltaico realizzato con vetro satinato invece del vetro solare standard, \u00e8 caratterizzato da un effetto di dispersione che comporta una significativa riduzione dell&#8217;effetto di abbagliamento. Questa soluzione pu\u00f2 essere di particolare interesse quando i moduli BIPV sono installati come elementi di facciata.<\/p>\n<p><em>Produzione FV<br \/>\n<\/em>Quando un vetro solare frontale standard viene sostituito con un vetro colorato personalizzato, le celle fotovoltaiche posteriori sono soggette a una riduzione dell&#8217;irradiazione incidente che pu\u00f2 essere tradotta in una minore energia prodotta. Per studiare l&#8217;impatto di un vetro frontale di colore diverso sul comportamento dei moduli BIPV, \u00e8 stata condotta un&#8217;attivit\u00e0 di ricerca preliminare alla SUPSI nell&#8217;ambito di un lavoro di ricerca in collaborazione con SUNAGE SA sostenuto dalla Commissione svizzera per la tecnologia e l&#8217;innovazione, n\u00b0CTI 27973.1 INNO-IW.<br \/>\nSono stati realizzati diversi prototipi BIPV combinando due opzioni principali di design per il vetro frontale che sono il tipo di vetro (vetro solare e vetro satinato) e il tipo di colore (blu, verde, terracotta, grigio chiaro e grigio scuro) con bassa quantit\u00e0 di applicazione della copertura cromatica. Grazie alle campagne di misurazione interne ed esterne, sono gi\u00e0 emerse le seguenti considerazioni:<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Influenza del tipo di vetro<\/em>: quando si usa un vetro satinato invece di un vetro solare standard, si nota che le celle fotovoltaiche sono meno &#8220;visibili&#8221; per l&#8217;occhio umano poich\u00e9 c&#8217;\u00e8 un effetto di dispersione sullo strato frontale. Dal punto di vista del comportamento elettrico, le misurazioni indoor evidenziano che il vetro satinato ha un&#8217;efficienza maggiore rispetto al vetro solare, poich\u00e9 si evita la riflessione speculare tipica del vetro. Esami pi\u00f9 dettagliati saranno effettuati nell&#8217;ambiente esterno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Influenza del tipo di colore<\/em>: l&#8217;applicazione di diversi colori sul vetro frontale con la stessa quantit\u00e0 di copertura cromatica implica un diverso comportamento elettrico dei moduli BIPV. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto alle propriet\u00e0 spettrali dei colori applicati che possono influenzare in modo diverso la potenza di uscita della cella fotovoltaica.
