Questo edificio di appartamenti \u00e8 stato allineato al corso della strada. La lunghezza del volume dell&#8217;edificio \u00e8 divisa sul lato della strada da una lieve curva. La forma semplice dell&#8217;edificio termina con un classico piano attico. A sud, l&#8217;edificio si apre con delle logge.<br \/>\nL&#8217;involucro caratterizzato da dimensioni scalate avvolge l&#8217;edificio con moduli fotovoltaici. La facciata pu\u00f2 essere allungata e compressa in due dimensioni, il che permette di coprire oltre il 95% della superficie con moduli della stessa dimensione.
