Per alcuni dei grattacieli costruiti in quel periodo \u00e8 ora previsto un secondo risanamento generale, si tratta quindi dell momento ideale per integrare un impianto solare in facciata. L&#8217;installazione \u00e8 stata facilmente integrata nel semplice design della facciata sfruttando i parapetti sotto le lunghe fasce di serramenti, precedentemente rivestiti con pannelli in fibrocemento. Oltre ad un involucro edilizio ben isolato, sulle facciate est, sud e ovest sono stati installati circa 470m\u00b2 di moduli fotovoltaici.
