Per questo motivo lo studio di architettura ha posto l&#8217;accento su un minuzioso lavoro di elaborazione degli elementi costruttivi che hanno portato ad una nuova definizione formale e quindi ad una forte identit\u00e0 dell&#8217;edificio. Gli sfalsamenti dei piani di facciata e i tagli nel volume hanno permesso di dare all&#8217;edificio una forma snella, di definire una composizione con un &#8221; insieme &#8221; e un volume laterale e, soprattutto, di gestire la dualit\u00e0 del progetto, situato tra i binari ferroviari da un lato e l&#8217;area residenziale dall&#8217;altro. Cos\u00ec, in un volume semplice, gli elementi di lettura si sovrappongono l&#8217;uno sull&#8217;altro, qualificando ogni fronte dell&#8217;edificio sottolineandone la verticalit\u00e0 e offrendo scorci sul paesaggio. In risposta alle funzioni dell&#8217;edificio, la facciata \u00e8 caratterizzata da una maglia metallica regolare che definisce le aperture e conferisce alla costruzione il suo carattere.
