Eretta nel 1989 e ampliata nel 2008, la ristrutturazione parziale che comprendeva tetto, facciate e un nuovo sistema di riscaldamento con pompe di calore \u00e8 stata limitata all&#8217;edificio originale. Malgrado ci\u00f2 si \u00e8 raggiunta un&#8217;armonia architettonica: gli elementi prefabbricati per tetti in FVT orientati a sud-ovest incorporano assorbitori e tubi idraulici, oltre a un isolamento aggiuntivo che migliora la struttura della copertura esistente. Mentre un tetto fotovoltaico orientato a nord-est \u00e8 stato realizzato con gli stessi moduli fotovoltaici e gli stessi dettagli architettonici del tetto in FVT. I moduli FVT sono stati integrati in otto elementi in legno che sono stati installati in un&#8217;unica giornata. \u00c8 stato possibile utilizzare gli stessi moduli, con dettagli di collegamento leggermente diversi, sia per il tetto con il convenzionale impianto fotovoltaico integrato, sia per il tetto con il sistema FVT (ibrido).
