Oltre a cinque appartamenti, l&#8217;edificio ospita anche degli uffici. Questo \u201cEdificio Plus Energy (PEB)\u201d di sette piani si trova ai piedi del monte Hofberg. Viste le peculiarit\u00e0 del terreno, \u00e8 stato necessario costruire 7 piani, di cui 4 fuori terra. Grazie ai moduli monocristallini ad alta efficienza installati sia sul tetto che sulla facciata sud, in corrispondenza delle fasce marcapiano, l&#8217;edificio \u00e8 in grado di produrre il 186% del suo fabbisogno energetico. La facciata funziona attraverso l&#8217;interazione tra la sua geometria e la posizione del sole a seconda delle stagioni, assorbendo o schermando la radiazione solare a dipendenza delle effettive necessit\u00e0. Questo progetto dimostra come edifici ben isolati e con sistemi energetici accuratamente integrati possano dare forma all&#8217;architettura.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;
