L&#8217;energia viene prodotta grazie ai moduli fotovoltaici di grandi dimensioni integrati sulla facciata sud e attraverso un impianto geotermico che permette di riscaldare e raffreddare l&#8217;edificio. La forma cubica \u00e8 stata scelta in quanto per un edificio si tratta della geometria pi\u00f9 ottimale dal punto di vista energetico. Le superfici opache delle altre tre facciate sono dotate di pannelli composti da un vetro all&#8217;esterno e di pannelli acustici all&#8217;interno.
