involucro dell&#8217;edificio ha un aspetto omogeneo grazie agli elementi in vetro utilizzati come pannelli di rivestimento e tegole. Sia la facciata che il tetto sono completamente rivestiti da elementi fotovoltaici in cui lo strato frontale \u00e8 costituito da un vetro marrone stampato al laser che nasconde le celle in silicio monocristallino. Il vetro frontale causa una riduzione della produzione di energia elettrica da parte delle celle fotovoltaiche di circa il 39%.
