Le projet repose sur une structure compacte en bois \u00e0 faible empreinte carbone incorpor\u00e9e et sur une approche de conception holistique visant \u00e0 minimiser les impacts sur l\u2019ensemble du cycle de vie. Les syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques sont r\u00e9partis sur l\u2019ensemble du b\u00e2timent, combinant une vaste installation en toiture avec des int\u00e9grations suppl\u00e9mentaires au niveau des parapets, permettant une production d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable sur site sup\u00e9rieure aux besoins op\u00e9rationnels.
