Les vingt-et-un \u00e9tages r\u00e9sidentiels sup\u00e9rieurs reposent sur un syst\u00e8me hybrid : des dalles en b\u00e9ton reposent sur une structure pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e en bois compos\u00e9e de piliers, de poutres et de murs ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le socle massif, soutenu par des piliers en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, forme la \u00ab table \u00bb sur laquelle s&rsquo;articule la structure en bois, rendant clairement lisible et distinctive la logique porteuse du b\u00e2timent. La fa\u00e7ade, rythm\u00e9e par des profil\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques rouge\u00e2tres, est anim\u00e9e par une variation des partitions des fen\u00eatres qui refl\u00e8te l&rsquo;organisation des espaces int\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le rev\u00eatement du parapet, les modules photovolta\u00efques produisent de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et ombragent la fa\u00e7ade. Avec la grande installation photovolta\u00efque sur le toit, ils produisent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 130 000 kWh par an, couvrant environ la moiti\u00e9 des besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des appartements.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tages r\u00e9sidentiels abritent six \u00e0 huit appartements modulaires par niveau, organis\u00e9s autour d&rsquo;un noyau central.<br \/>Les unit\u00e9s d&rsquo;angle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;une double exposition et d&rsquo;un apport abondant de lumi\u00e8re naturelle, tandis que la construction modulaire en bois permet une grande flexibilit\u00e9 dans la configuration horizontale et verticale des logements.
