Cependant, la structure porteuse de la construction, compos\u00e9e de fermes m\u00e9talliques et de poutres en bois, a \u00e9t\u00e9 ancr\u00e9e au sol afin de contrer la pression du vent et le \u00ab\u00a0souffle\u00a0\u00bb de possibles avalanches.<br \/>L&rsquo;enveloppe est compos\u00e9e de panneaux en bois pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s, isol\u00e9s avec une couche de laine min\u00e9rale de 20 cm. Le rev\u00eatement des pentes est fait de plaques en aluminium, tandis que les fa\u00e7ades est et ouest sont habill\u00e9es de lambris en bois de m\u00e9l\u00e8ze.<br \/>Afin de pouvoir transporter le refuge jusqu&rsquo;au Piano della Parete, la structure a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9e en 8 parties (4 inf\u00e9rieures et 4 sup\u00e9rieures). Les modules pesaient entre 1 400 et 2 100 kg.<br \/>L&rsquo;assemblage pr\u00e9alable des 8 modules constituant le refuge \u00ab\u00a0Piano della Parete\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en aval (Dongio, vall\u00e9e de Blenio) par l&rsquo;entreprise de menuiserie Truaisch&amp;Derighetti Sagl. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de compl\u00e9ter la plupart du rev\u00eatement des murs et d&rsquo;identifier d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuels probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;assemblage.
