Le centre culturel Obere M\u00fchle D\u00fcbendorf, un complexe de moulins vieux de plusieurs si\u00e8cles, fait depuis longtemps partie int\u00e9grante du patrimoine local. Le nouveau b\u00e2timent \u00abSpeicher\u00bb (entrep\u00f4t) est le nouvel espace multifonctionnel voulu par la municipalit\u00e9, qui accueille d\u00e9sormais divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements culturels et sociaux, notamment des expositions d&rsquo;art, des concerts et des ateliers, ce qui en fait un p\u00f4le culturel pour D\u00fcbendorf.<\/p>\n<p>Le \u00abSpeicher\u00bb partage l&rsquo;avant-cour pav\u00e9e avec le moulin sup\u00e9rieur. Le foyer avec une cuisine de restauration situ\u00e9 sous le milieu des trois gables peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements communs. La salle principale est situ\u00e9e sous le gable est, et sous le gable ouest se trouvent deux salles pour les associations. Avec ses toitures en pente, l&rsquo;entrep\u00f4t s&rsquo;inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents environnants.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;esth\u00e9tique du nouveau b\u00e2timent polyvalent moderne et multifonctionnel, tous les modules photovolta\u00efques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s sur mesure et install\u00e9s selon la m\u00e9thode \u00ab in-roof \u00bb (int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans la surface du toit).
