L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de la fa\u00e7ade est de reconstituer un cortex technologique avec un motif rappelant le domaine digital des codes-barres verticaux entrecoup\u00e9s de modules min\u00e9raux photovolta\u00efques en silicium cristallin sur les fa\u00e7ades sud et ouest.<br \/>\nUne petite partie du toit vert est \u00e9galement occup\u00e9e par des modules photovolta\u00efques suppl\u00e9mentaires, mais sans limiter la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;une vaste verdure qui, avec l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement des espaces ext\u00e9rieurs, participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et \u00e0 l&rsquo;enrichissement de la biodiversit\u00e9 du contexte limitrophe (flore et petite faune avec une attention particuli\u00e8re pour la faune aviaire).<br \/>\nLe mod\u00e8le urbanistique auquel il est fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est celui de la \u00absmart city\u00bb, ou ville intelligente, avec la concr\u00e9tisation de mod\u00e8les de vie communautaire selon les m\u00e9thodes les plus r\u00e9centes de \u00absmart living\u00bb et de \u00abco-working\u00bb. Dans ce cas, un \u00abhub\u00bb r\u00e9sidentiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour la location \u00e0 court terme: un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 mi-chemin entre une r\u00e9sidence multifamiliale et une structure h\u00f4teli\u00e8re.
