Source: \u00a9SkapeArchitects.<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1679993776169{padding-top: 25px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]Une ancienne station-service en Carinthie est sur le point d&rsquo;\u00eatre transform\u00e9e dans le Campus SONNENKRAFT, le premier centre de recherche et de comp\u00e9tence pour l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire dans la r\u00e9gion Alpes-Adriatique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un investissement de 8 millions d&rsquo;euros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 St. Veit\/Glan, en Carinthie, VIVATRO GmbH est en train de construire le premier centre de recherche et de comp\u00e9tence pour l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire en Autriche, en coop\u00e9ration avec SKW Sonnenpark GmbH. Le centre sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en trois phases de construction et son ach\u00e8vement est pr\u00e9vu pour 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sur une surface de 45&rsquo;000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, il est pr\u00e9vu de construire des stations de recharge \u00e9lectrique, des espaces de travail, des bureaux, des salles d&rsquo;exposition, des centres de formation, des \u00e9tablissements gastronomiques et des espaces de loisirs offrant aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de louer des bicyclettes \u00e9lectriques. Le projet impressionne non seulement par son orientation orient\u00e9e vers le futur et le d\u00e9veloppement durable, mais aussi par son architecture innovante qui comprend l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du photovolta\u00efque sur l&rsquo;ensemble du site: allant des modules color\u00e9s sur la fa\u00e7ade, \u00e9clair\u00e9s la nuit par un concept sp\u00e9cial de LED, \u00e0 des e-carports, des vitrages thermo-photovolta\u00efques, des syst\u00e8mes de toiture et bien d&rsquo;autres choses encore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le projet vise \u00e0 devenir un v\u00e9ritable pionnier de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire en Autriche et dans la r\u00e9gion Alpes-Adriatique. Avec une production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de plus de 350&rsquo;000 kWh\/an gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plus de 2&rsquo;000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s de modules install\u00e9s pendant les deux premi\u00e8res phases du projet, le SONNENKRAFT CAMPUS pourra couvrir ses propres besoins en \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le principal objectif du SONNENKRAFT CAMPUS est de cr\u00e9er un
