Les quatre lignes inf\u00e9rieures int\u00e8grent des panneaux hybrides (PVT) qui convertissent l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et en chaleur. La toiture est en grande partie pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e en atelier de travail pour \u00eatre rapidement mont\u00e9e sur le chantier. Les modules photovolta\u00efques reposent sur une sous-structure en bois, qui elle-m\u00eame repose sur des poutres en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es. Les 18 \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui composent le toit, de trois types diff\u00e9rents, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s sur le chantier d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9s de la sous-structure pour les panneaux solaires.
