La r\u00e9novation n&rsquo;a pas interrompu les services administratifs et visait principalement \u00e0 utiliser au mieux l&rsquo;enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure du b\u00e2timent en pr\u00e9servant la structure ext\u00e9rieure en b\u00e9ton. Les qualit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent existant, le plan sans colonnes et les surfaces utilisables bien proportionn\u00e9es, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9es et optimis\u00e9es dans certaines zones. Le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de l&rsquo;espace de bureaux a permis de cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;espace pour environ un tiers de postes de travail suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fa\u00e7ade entre les colonnes en b\u00e9ton ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement renouvel\u00e9s. Ils produisent d\u00e9sormais de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, car des \u00e9l\u00e9ments photovolta\u00efques forment le rev\u00eatement du parapet et soulignent l&rsquo;effet de superposition de la fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la fa\u00e7ade de 1 600 m2 de ce b\u00e2timent administratif, l&rsquo;installation photovolta\u00efque de 158 kWp g\u00e9n\u00e8re 69 800 kWh\/a.
