En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce mandat, la r\u00e9novation d&rsquo;un des b\u00e2timents du XIXe si\u00e8cle, anciennement un pressoir \u00e0 vin, et la conception d&rsquo;une nouvelle maison ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet suit les caract\u00e9ristiques dominantes de ce site rural, o\u00f9 des volumes uniques regroup\u00e9s en conglom\u00e9rats fournissent l&rsquo;espace et l&rsquo;abri pour les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes. Avec l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent en forme de grange, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment suppl\u00e9mentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 au jeu des volumes parmi les arbres.<\/p>\n<p>Le jardin reste le c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;identit\u00e9, o\u00f9 le Pressoir restaur\u00e9 et la nouvelle Grange cr\u00e9ent une cour int\u00e9rieure sans \u00ab\u00a0interrompre\u00a0\u00bb le paysage environnant. Le plan de chaque maison est structur\u00e9 autour d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce de taille g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse qui sert de centre social pour les personnes vivant dans les deux maisons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ainsi, les deux b\u00e2timents peuvent \u00eatre habit\u00e9s comme un seul lieu commun.
