A partir du plafond du sous-sol, les b\u00e2timents sont enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en bois\u00a0; les plafonds en bois massif sont apparents, tandis que les murs sont enduits de blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Un balcon d\u2019angle, recouvert de modules photovolta\u00efques multicristallins dor\u00e9s \u00e9tincelants, entoure les deux b\u00e2timents sur trois c\u00f4t\u00e9s, ce qui les rend tr\u00e8s distinctifs et les alimente en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Le chauffage \u00e0 pellets est soutenu par des capteurs solaires et fournit l\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire au chauffage. Le syst\u00e8me de ventilation central est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par des capteurs de CO2\u00a0situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de chaque unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un espace de r\u00e9union polyvalent s\u2019\u00e9tend entre les deux b\u00e2timents.
