Le projet pr\u00e9voit une utilisation mixte avec des bureaux et un h\u00f4tel, les espaces sont distribu\u00e9s selon le principe du \u00ab\u00a0noyau et de l&rsquo;enveloppe\u00a0\u00bb et il existe un plan de base et un plan pour les espaces lou\u00e9s. Les exigences de qualit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s strictes de la conception globale du b\u00e2timent se traduisent \u00e9galement par une excellente empreinte \u00e9cologique. Un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9changeurs de chaleur \u00e0 sonde verticale alimente le syst\u00e8me de pompe \u00e0 chaleur et l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de refroidissement en \u00e9nergie g\u00e9othermique. Les surfaces photovolta\u00efques sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la fa\u00e7ade et au toit.
