Les deux b\u00e2timents sont neutres en CO2 gr\u00e2ce aux modules photovolta\u00efques install\u00e9s sur les fa\u00e7ades et sur le toit, ainsi qu\u2019aux deux \u00e9oliennes, car ces installations permettent de produire l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 localement.
