Aujourd\u2019hui, les architectes recherchent d\u2019autres produits BIPV pour concevoir des fa\u00e7ades active avec des langages architecturaux nouveaux. Pour cette raison, les fabricants de modules BIPV ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 personnaliser les modules BIPV afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences des architectes et des clients..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels sont les techniques de coloration utilis\u00e9e pour obtenir des modules BIPV color\u00e9s ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, plusieurs techniques de personnalisation diff\u00e9rentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et adopt\u00e9es pour obtenir des modules BIPV color\u00e9s ou textur\u00e9s. Certaines de ces techniques sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-apr\u00e8s:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Couches interm\u00e9diaires color\u00e9es : une couche interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019une certaine couleur et\/ou d\u2019un certain motif peut \u00eatre lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du module en tant qu\u2019encapsulant, donnant un aspect color\u00e9 ou textur\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encapsulant color\u00e9 : Au lieu d\u2019utiliser des intercalaires color\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires, l\u2019encapsulant lui-m\u00eame peut \u00eatre constitu\u00e9 de polyvinylbutyral (PVB) color\u00e9 pour obtenir des verres color\u00e9s avec diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s de transparence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Filtres solaires sp\u00e9ciaux : des filtres de diffusion et de r\u00e9flexion, tels que des filtres s\u00e9lectifs du point de vue spectral ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point pour l\u2019application sur vitre frontal. Ces filtres se caract\u00e9risent par leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se comporter diff\u00e9remment selon les longueurs d\u2019onde de la lumi\u00e8re. Cela permet d\u2019obtenir un aspect color\u00e9 ou textur\u00e9 homog\u00e8ne qui cache compl\u00e8tement les cellules photovolta\u00efques qui convertissent encore une partie du rayonnement solaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traitement du verre frontal : Les traitements typiques du verre pour obtenir un verre color\u00e9 peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s pour personnaliser le verre frontal des modules BIPV. Ces traitements de couleur comprennent le verre fritt\u00e9 (une p\u00e2te c\u00e9ramique color\u00e9e est appliqu\u00e9e sur le verre avant que celui-ci ne soit tremp\u00e9 pour produire un verre color\u00e9 avec diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s de transparence), le verre imprim\u00e9 num\u00e9riquement (une encre sp\u00e9ciale est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sur les surfaces du verre pour produire un verre color\u00e9 ou d\u00e9cor\u00e9 avec diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s de transparence) ou le verre color\u00e9 par lots (des additifs chimiques sont ajust\u00e9 pendant des \u00e9tapes sp\u00e9cifiques de la production du verre pour produire un verre color\u00e9 semi-transparent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment un verre frontal color\u00e9 affect-t-il l\u2019enveloppe BIPV?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses caract\u00e9ristiques peuvent \u00eatre influenc\u00e9es par un verre frontal teint\u00e9, telles que : l\u2019aspect esth\u00e9tique, l\u2019effet d\u2019\u00e9blouissement et la production de PV, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Aspect esth\u00e9tique<\/em><br \/>\nL\u2019utilisation d\u2019un verre frontal teint\u00e9 permet de dissimuler partiellement ou totalement les cellules photovolta\u00efques, ce qui permet aux architectes et aux concepteurs de fa\u00e7ade de ne pas \u00eatre d\u00e9pendants de la configuration carr\u00e9e ou rectangulaire des cellules des modules photovolta\u00efques classiques. Au contraire, ils peuvent travailler avec des surfaces color\u00e9es homog\u00e8nes et fa\u00e7onner le langage architectural de la fa\u00e7ade en jouant sur la personnalisation du module photovolta\u00efque.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Effet d\u2019\u00e9blouissement<\/em><br \/>\nL\u2019effet d\u2019\u00e9blouissement des modules photovolta\u00efques a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les \u00e9blouissements handicapants \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des a\u00e9roports (par exemple Jakubiec, J. A. &amp; Reinhart, C. F., 2014). Mais l\u2019\u00e9blouissement produit par le verre photovolta\u00efque peut avoir un impact sur les zones urbaines et leurs habitants. Par pr\u00e9caution, cet effet doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duit autant que possible par des mesures pr\u00e9ventives gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des solutions et des techniques \u00e9conomiquement supportables. Un \u00e9blouissement g\u00eanant pourrait entra\u00eener une perturbation importante du bien-\u00eatre. L\u2019intensit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9blouissement doivent donc \u00eatre soigneusement pes\u00e9es pour ne pas \u00eatre nuisible ou g\u00eanantes. Les mat\u00e9riaux sombres et opaques sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rables car ils ont une fiable r\u00e9flecitivt\u00e9<sup>1<\/sup>. La position et la fonction du point d\u2019observation soumis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9blouissement jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le, qui comprend une composante psychologique et subjective. En ce qui concerne le confort, dans le cas des modules semi-transparents, la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9clairage naturel dans l\u2019environnement int\u00e9rieur, l\u2019uniformit\u00e9, le facteur de lumi\u00e8re du jour ou la probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9blouissement peuvent tous influencer la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de mentionner que le verre frontal photovolta\u00efque, constitu\u00e9 de verre d\u00e9poli au lieu du verre solaire standard, a un effet de dispersion qui entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction significative de l\u2019effet d\u2019\u00e9blouissement. Cette solution peut \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante lorsque les modules BIPV sont install\u00e9s comme \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Production PV<\/em><br \/>\nLorsqu\u2019un verre solaire frontal standard est remplac\u00e9 par un verre color\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9, les cellules photovolta\u00efques arri\u00e8re sont soumises \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction du rayonnement incident qui peut se traduire par une diminution de l\u2019\u00e9nergie produite. Afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u2019impact d\u2019un verre frontal de couleur diff\u00e9rente sur le comportement des modules BIPV, des recherches pr\u00e9liminaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es \u00e0 la SUPSI dans le cadre d\u2019un projet de recherche collaboratif avec SUNAGE SA soutenu par la Commission suisse pour la technologie et l\u2019innovation, n\u00b0CTI 27973.1 INNO-IW.<br \/>\nPlusieurs prototype BIPV ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en combinant deux options de conception principales pour le verre frontal, \u00e0 savoir le type de verre (verre solaire et verre d\u00e9poli) et le type de couleur (bleu, vert, terracotta, gris clair et gris fonc\u00e9) avec une fiable application de couverture de couleur. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des campagnes de mesure internes et externes, les consideration suivantes sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 apparues:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Influence du type de verre<\/em>: lorsqu\u2019on utilise un verre d\u00e9poli au lieu d\u2019un verre solaire standard, on constate que les cellules photovolta\u00efques sont moins \u2018\u2019visibles\u2019\u2019 \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il humain car il y a un effet de diffusion sur la couche frontale. Du point de vue du comportement \u00e9lectrique, les mesures effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur montrent que le verre d\u00e9poli a une efficacit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du verre solaire, car la r\u00e9flexion sp\u00e9culaire typique du verre est \u00e9vit\u00e9e. Des examens plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9s seront effectu\u00e9s dans l\u2019environnement ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Influence du type de couleur<\/em>: l\u2019application de diff\u00e9rentes couleurs sur le verre frontal avec la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de couverture de couleur implique un comportement \u00e9lectrique diff\u00e9rent des modules BIPV. Cela est d\u00fb aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s spectrales des couleurs appliqu\u00e9es qui peuvent influencer diff\u00e9remment la puissance de sortie de la cellule photovolta\u00efque.
