Ainsi, dans ce cas, la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 BIPV pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme le fait d\u2019\u00eatre capable pour un mat\u00e9riau de construction, un syst\u00e8me et une unit\u00e9 de production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 BIPV de concurrencer avec succ\u00e8s d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux de construction, syst\u00e8me et unit\u00e9s de production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 traditionnels. Le co\u00fbt du syst\u00e8me BIPV fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au co\u00fbt pour l\u2019utilisateur final de la solution d\u2019enveloppe de b\u00e2timent bas\u00e9e sur le BIPV dans son ensemble. Cela inclut les modules BIPV (la couche ext\u00e9rieure de l\u2019enveloppe du b\u00e2timent utilis\u00e9e comme rev\u00eatement), ainsi que les autres pi\u00e8ces d\u2019ancrage et montage du syst\u00e8me d\u2019enveloppe di b\u00e2timent, garantissant ainsi la fonctionnalit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la performance\/conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire compl\u00e8tes du kit de construction.<\/p>\n<p>Globalement, on observe des tendances de co\u00fbts similaires \u00e0 celles de la comparaison des composants, bien que l\u2019\u00e9cart se soit r\u00e9duit pour les solutions de fa\u00e7ade. Les solutions conventionnelles pour les toits et les fa\u00e7ades peuvent \u00eatre compar\u00e9es \u00e0 certaines solutions BIPV. Les toits r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec BIPV con\u00e7u sur mesure sont plus chers qu\u2019un toit en tuiles classiques, mais offrent souvent l\u2019avantage d\u2019une meilleure int\u00e9gration esth\u00e9tique et des meilleures fonctionnalit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au b\u00e2timent. Les syst\u00e8mes BIPV pourraient donc m\u00eame \u00eatre comp\u00e9titifs avec certains syst\u00e8mes traditionnels, mais \u00e0 ce jour, ils ne sont comp\u00e9titifs qu\u2019avec des syst\u00e8mes haut de gamme tels que les fa\u00e7ades chaudes vitr\u00e9es ou les rev\u00eatements en pierre opaques. EN particulier, l\u2019aspect \u00e9conomique est encore per\u00e7u par beaucoup comme un obstacle limitant le d\u00e9ploiement des syst\u00e8mes BIPV, en raison de leurs co\u00fbts initiaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. A ce jour, la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts est calcul\u00e9e en utilisant une approche par projet et en consid\u00e9rant la valeur totale cr\u00e9\u00e9e pendant sa dur\u00e9e de vie, alors que le co\u00fbt suppl\u00e9mentaire, par rapport aux solutions conventionnelles d\u2019enveloppe de b\u00e2timent, peut \u00eatre couvert par les revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9s \u00e0 ce mat\u00e9riau \u2018\u2019actif\u2019\u2019 unique.<br \/>\nUne \u00e9valuation holistique de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique des solutions BIPV bas\u00e9e sur un projet consiste en une analyse de tous les flux de tr\u00e9sorerie g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par un projet sp\u00e9cifique, permettant une estimation de tous les co\u00fbts mais aussi de tous les revenus associ\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes BIPV pendant leur vie op\u00e9rationnelle. Ce type de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 est appel\u00e9 \u2018\u2019maitrise des co\u00fbts et des revenus totaux\u2019\u2019. En fait, ce mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique bas\u00e9 sur la valorisation de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite, inclut une partie des incitations et, lorsque cela est possible, repr\u00e9sente le mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique typique appliqu\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes BIPV [2], [3]. Il est important de souligner que ces \u00e9valuations concurrentielles sont bas\u00e9es uniquement sur des valeurs qui peuvent \u00eatre calcul\u00e9es. Cependant, il existe d\u2019autres valeurs qui ne sont pas facilement quantifiables, li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019esth\u00e9tique, \u00e0 la multifonctionnalit\u00e9 et aux aspect s environnementaux, qui sont des avantages cl\u00e9s du BIPV. Ces valeurs peuvent constituer un aspect tr\u00e8s important de la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable sur site, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonisation du parc immobilier. La raison pour laquelle ces facteurs ne peuvent \u00eatre facilement quantifi\u00e9s est qu\u2019ils sont en partie subjectifs et difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9finir.
