La construction pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e en bois est isol\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re optimale et, en m\u00eame temps, les g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses fen\u00eatres utilisent l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire de mani\u00e8re passive. Le toit et les fa\u00e7ades sont enti\u00e8rement recouverts de modules photovolta\u00efques qui produisent plus d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 que la maison et ses occupants n&rsquo;en consomment.
