Gr\u00e2ce aux modules monocristallins tr\u00e8s efficaces install\u00e9s sur le toit et sur la fa\u00e7ade sud, au niveau des bandeaux, le b\u00e2timent est en mesure de produire 186% de ses besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. La fa\u00e7ade fonctionne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;interaction entre sa g\u00e9om\u00e9trie et la position du soleil selon les saisons, absorbant ou prot\u00e9geant le rayonnement solaire selon les besoins r\u00e9els.
