L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est produite gr\u00e2ce aux grands modules photovolta\u00efques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sur la fa\u00e7ade sud et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me g\u00e9othermique qui chauffe et refroidit le b\u00e2timent. La forme cubique a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie parce que, pour un b\u00e2timent, c&rsquo;est la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie la plus optimale du point de vue \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Les surfaces opaques des trois autres fa\u00e7ades sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de panneaux vitr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et de panneaux acoustiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.
