Pour certains de ces b\u00e2timents \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tages construits \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque, une deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9novation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est maintenant pr\u00e9vue, ce qui en fait le moment id\u00e9al pour int\u00e9grer un syst\u00e8me solaire dans la fa\u00e7ade. L&rsquo;installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 facilement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans la conception simple de la fa\u00e7ade en utilisant les parapets sous les longues bandes de fen\u00eatres, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment rev\u00eatues de panneaux de fibrociment. En plus d&rsquo;une enveloppe bien isol\u00e9e, environ 470 m\u00b2 de modules photovolta\u00efques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s sur les fa\u00e7ades est, sud et ouest.
