En particulier, deux aspects sont identifi\u00e9s: les contraintes urbaines et les contraintes li\u00e9es aux b\u00e2timents. _____<\/p>\n<p>Les contraintes urbaines sont li\u00e9es au processus de d\u00e9veloppement urbain, comme par exemple:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la densit\u00e9 urbaine: dans les zones dens\u00e9ment b\u00e2ties, la proximit\u00e9 des fa\u00e7ades des b\u00e2timents le long des rues rend leur exploitation \u00e0 des fins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques difficiles, car elles sont largement ombrag\u00e9es;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; les objets urbains: l&rsquo;ombrage caus\u00e9 par la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation dans les rues ou dans les cours, ainsi que par les infrastructures routi\u00e8res, peut r\u00e9duire la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie photovolta\u00efque et peut causer des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la densification urbaine: les programmes de densification urbaine d\u00e9finissent des r\u00e8gles de d\u00e9veloppement urbain o\u00f9 l&rsquo;ombrage automatique et l&rsquo;ombrage des (nouveaux) b\u00e2timents adjacents pourraient avoir un impact majeur sur le potentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire et la disponibilit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re du jour. _____ Les contraintes li\u00e9es aux b\u00e2timents sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments li\u00e9s directement au type de b\u00e2timent, par exemple:<\/p>\n<p>-la taille et l&rsquo;orientation du b\u00e2timent: la taille et la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie du b\u00e2timent d\u00e9finissent les principales possibilit\u00e9s techniques pour la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque. De plus, l&rsquo;orientation du b\u00e2timent a un impact sur la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire. Il est donc important d&rsquo;installer les modules photovolta\u00efques sur plusieurs fa\u00e7ades expos\u00e9es afin d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;autoconsommation et d&rsquo;optimiser le profil quotidien de la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l&rsquo;articulation: l'\u00a0\u00bbarticulation du b\u00e2timent\u00a0\u00bb repr\u00e9sente les diff\u00e9rentes composantes du b\u00e2timent, telles que les balcons, les fen\u00eatres, les plateaux, les loggias, les auvents, etc., qui pourraient g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des surfaces saillantes et\/ou des \u00e9l\u00e9ments rentrants qui entra\u00eenent une r\u00e9duction de la surface ad\u00e9quate \u00e0 la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.
