C&rsquo;est pourquoi le studio d&rsquo;architecture a mis l&rsquo;accent sur une \u00e9laboration m\u00e9ticuleuse des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de construction qui ont conduit \u00e0 une nouvelle d\u00e9finition formelle et donc \u00e0 une identit\u00e9 forte du b\u00e2timent. Le d\u00e9calage des plans de fa\u00e7ade et les coupes de volume ont permis de donner au b\u00e2timent une forme \u00e9lanc\u00e9e, de d\u00e9finir une composition avec un \u00ab\u00a0ensemble\u00a0\u00bb et un volume lat\u00e9ral et, surtout, de g\u00e9rer la dualit\u00e9 du projet, situ\u00e9 entre les voies ferr\u00e9es d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et la zone r\u00e9sidentielle de l&rsquo;autre. Ainsi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de lecture se superposent, qualifiant chaque fa\u00e7ade du b\u00e2timent, soulignant sa verticalit\u00e9 et offrant des vues sur le paysage. En r\u00e9ponse aux fonctions du b\u00e2timent, la fa\u00e7ade est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un grillage m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9gulier qui d\u00e9finit les ouvertures et donne au b\u00e2timent son caract\u00e8re.
