Das Projekt besteht aus einer kompakten Holzkonstruktion mit geringem eingebettetem CO\u2082-Gehalt und basiert auf einem ganzheitlichen Planungsansatz, der darauf abzielt, die Auswirkungen \u00fcber den ganzen Lebenszyklus hinweg zu minimieren. Die Photovoltaikanlagen sind \u00fcber das gesamte Geb\u00e4ude verteilt und bestehen aus einer grossen Anlage auf dem Dach sowie weiteren Installationen entlang der Br\u00fcstungen, wodurch vor Ort mehr erneuerbare Energie erzeugt wird, als f\u00fcr den Geb\u00e4udebetrieb ben\u00f6tigt wird.
