css=&#8220;&#8220;]<br \/>\nDer 75 Meter hohe Turm H1 vereint den Erschliessungskern und den Geb\u00e4udesockel aus Stahlbeton mit einem leichten Holzaufbau. Die 21 dar\u00fcber liegenden Wohnetagen basieren hingegen auf einem Hybridsystem: Die Betondecken ruhen auf einer vorgefertigten Holzkonstruktion aus Pfeilern, Balken und Aussenw\u00e4nden.<\/p>\n<p>Der massive Sockel, der von Betonpfeilern getragen wird, bildet den \u201eTisch\u201c, auf dem die Holzkonstruktion aufgebaut ist. Dadurch erscheint die Logik der Tragwerkgestaltung des Geb\u00e4udes deutlich lesbar und markant. Die Fassade wird durch r\u00f6tliche Metallprofile rhythmisiert und durch Variationen der Fensteraufteilung belebt, die die Organisation der Innenr\u00e4ume widerspiegelt.<\/p>\n<p>Die in die Br\u00fcstungsverkleidung integrierten Photovoltaikmodule erzeugen Strom und spenden der Fassade Schatten. Zusammen mit der grossen Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach produzieren sie bis zu 130.000 kWh pro Jahr und decken damit etwa die H\u00e4lfte des Energiebedarfs der Wohnungen.<\/p>\n<p>Pro Wohnetage sind sechs bis acht modulare Wohnungen um einen zentrischen Stahlbetonkern angeordnet. Die Eckwohnungen profitieren von einer doppelten Ausrichtung und viel Tageslicht. Die modulare Holzkonstruktion erm\u00f6glicht zudem eine grosse Flexibilit\u00e4t in der horizontalen und vertikalen Anordnung der Wohnungen. Das Areal wurde in ein gemischt genutztes, klimaneutrales Stadtquartier umgestaltet, das bezahlbaren Wohnraum, Gewerbefl\u00e4chen und Dienstleistungen bietet. Langfristig soll Zwhatt die drei bestehenden Quartiere von Regensdorf zu einem gut strukturierten, mittelgrossen Stadtzentrum zusammenf\u00fchren.
