css=&#8220;&#8220;]<br \/>\nDieses Projekt stellt eine bedeutende architektonische und kulturelle Restaurierung dar, die Geschichte und Moderne miteinander verbindet. Das Kulturzentrum Obere M\u00fchle in D\u00fcbendorf, ein hundert Jahre alter M\u00fchlenkomplex, ist seit langem ein fester Bestandteil des \u00f6rtlichen Kulturerbes. Der neue Speicher ist der von der Gemeinde gew\u00fcnschte multifunktionale Raum, in dem nun verschiedene kulturelle und soziale Veranstaltungen wie Kunstausstellungen, Konzerte und Workshops stattfinden und der zum kulturellen Zentrum von D\u00fcbendorf wird.<\/p>\n<p>Der Speicher teilt sich einen gepflasterten Innenhof mit der Oberen M\u00fchle. Das Foyer mit der Catering-K\u00fcche, das sich in der Mitte der drei Dachschr\u00e4gen befindet, kann auch f\u00fcr Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen genutzt werden. Unter dem Ostgiebel befindet sich der Hauptsaal, unter dem Westgiebel zwei Vereinsr\u00e4ume. Mit seinen Schr\u00e4gd\u00e4chern steht das Lagerhaus im Einklang mit den umliegenden Geb\u00e4uden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Um sich in die \u00c4sthetik des neuen, modernen und multifunktionalen Geb\u00e4udes einzuf\u00fcgen, wurden alle Photovoltaikmodule massangefertigt und im Indachverfahren installiert.
