Der Zugriff auf diese Vielzahl von Daten und deren effektive Verwaltung in den Anfangsstadien eines Projekts kann jedoch eine grosse Herausforderung darstellen. Die in den verschiedenen Projektphasen durchgef\u00fchrten umfassenden energetischen Bewertungen sollen eine nachhaltige Bauweise im Sinne der Energiestrategie 2050,1 f\u00f6rdern, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Energieeffizienz und dem Einsatz erneuerbarer Energiesysteme (RES) liegt. In dieser Hinsicht ist der Einsatz der Photovoltaik (PV) aufgrund der geringen Wartungskosten, der unmittelbaren Verf\u00fcgbarkeit der Sonneneinstrahlung und der erheblichen Verbesserungen bei der Energieumwandlungseffizienz eine wichtige L\u00f6sung zur Erreichung der Nachhaltigkeitsziele.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Europ\u00e4ische Richtlinie \u00fcber die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Geb\u00e4uden (EPBD) schreibt vor, dass neue Geb\u00e4ude in den EU-L\u00e4ndern hohe Energiestandards erreichen m\u00fcssen, indem sie verst\u00e4rkt erneuerbare Energiequellen nutzen. In diesem Sinne stellt die geb\u00e4udeintegrierte Photovoltaik (BIPV) einen innovativen Ansatz zur F\u00f6rderung erneuerbarer Energien in der Baubranche dar. Im Gegensatz zur herk\u00f6mmlichen Photovoltaik auf Geb\u00e4uden (BAPV) werden bei der BIPV Photovoltaikzellen in Geb\u00e4udeelemente (z. B. Fassaden, D\u00e4cher) integriert, die sowohl Energie erzeugen als auch eine architektonische Funktion erf\u00fcllen. Dies verbessert die Energieeffizienz der Geb\u00e4ude und die lokale Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das Z\u00fcrcher Startup-Unternehmen Amenti AG hat erkannt, wie wichtig die Bereitstellung detaillierter Informationen bei Immobilienprojekten ist, und entwickelt aktiv eine SaaS-Anwendung (Software as a Service). Dieses Tool nutzt lokale Daten f\u00fcr Machbarkeitsstudien, ist aber noch nicht mit BIPV-Systemen kompatibel. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachhochschule S\u00fcdschweiz (SUPSI) und Virid\u00e9n + Partner will die Amenti AG ihre Software im Rahmen eines von der Schweizerischen F\u00f6rderagentur f\u00fcr Innovation (Innosuisse) finanzierten Projekts perfektionieren. Ziel dieses Vorhabens ist die Integration in das Toll von BIPV-Potenzialbewertungen und maschinellem Lernen zur schnellen und genauen Berechnung des Solarpotenzials in verschiedenen Projektszenarien.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem neuen Modul k\u00f6nnen die Nutzer die Machbarkeit eines BIPV-Systems bewerten, Bewertungsberichte im PDF-Format erstellen und bereits in einem fr\u00fchen Stadium des Planungsprozesses abgewogene Entscheidungen bez\u00fcglich der Einbindung von Solaranlagen treffen. Dies steht im Einklang mit den Entwicklungstendenzen der Branche in Richtung nachhaltigerer Baupraktiken und der Integration erneuerbarer Energien. Das Modell zur Absch\u00e4tzung des Solarpotenzials ber\u00fccksichtigt lokale Verschattungen, Standorteigenschaften und Umweltfaktoren, indem es Methoden des maschinellen Lernens einsetzt, um die Genauigkeit der Ergebnisse zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, ohne dass spezielle Kenntnisse oder Werkzeuge von Seiten des Nutzers erforderlich sind.
