Entsprechend steigt nat\u00fcrlich auch der Bedarf an Schulraum. Die neue Schulanlage Allmend deckt als Primarschule einen Teil dieses Bedarfs und bietet zudem den Quartierbewohnern und -bewohnerinnen einen gesch\u00fctzten Raum f\u00fcr Sport, Spiel und Begegnung. Die Schule ist das erste \u00f6ffentliche Geb\u00e4ude in der Manegg. Als solches kommt ihm sowohl aus st\u00e4dtebaulicher Sicht in einem dicht bebauten Umfeld als auch als identit\u00e4tsstiftendes Element eine besondere Bedeutung zu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Schulanlage Allmend ist ein Vorzeigebau f\u00fcr den intelligenten Umgang mit knappen Bodenressourcen. Dank einer multifunktionalen und kreativen Nutzung des Aussenraums erh\u00e4lt die \u201eGreencity\u201c Manegg mit diesem Neubau ein den Bed\u00fcrfnissen entsprechendes und qualitativ hochwertiges Schulhaus. Zudem geht das Geb\u00e4ude keine Kompromisse in Bezug auf die \u00f6kologische Effizienz ein.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude besteht aus einem kompakten L\u00e4ngsbau &#8211; h\u00f6her als breit &#8211; parallel zur Maneggstrasse, in Nord-S\u00fcd-Richtung. Das Raumprogramm ist anspruchsvoll: neun Klassen der Primarschule, drei der heilp\u00e4dagogischen Schule, zwei Kinderg\u00e4rten, Sporthalle, Gymnastikraum, Mensa, eine Mehrzwecksaal, zahlreiche R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Werken, Kochen, Therapie, Gruppenarbeiten, B\u00fcros, Bibliothek und Musik. Viele dieser R\u00e4ume sind f\u00fcr Mehrfachnutzung ausgelegt, alle \u00fcbersichtlich auf drei Etagen und im Untergeschoss organisiert und optimal erschlossen. Trotz seiner Schlichtheit und Einordnung ins Umfeld zeugt das Schulgeb\u00e4ude von ausserordentlicher Eleganz; girlandenf\u00f6rmige Sonnenblenden, bunte Vorh\u00e4nge und Wendeltreppen an der Fassade stechen ins Auge. Insbesondere die neunzig Meter lange Photovoltaik -Pergola \u00fcber dem Allwetterplatz l\u00e4sst erahnen, dass es sich hier um ein besonderes Bauwerk handelt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201eGreencity\u201c ist schweizweit das erste Areal mit 2000-Watt-Zertifizierung. Entsprechend hoch sind deshalb auch die Anforderungen, die an ein \u00f6ffentliches Geb\u00e4ude in diesem Gebiet gestellt werden. Die \u00f6kologischen Aspekte, die in das Projekt einflossen, sind vielf\u00e4ltig: Es erf\u00fcllt gleichzeitig die Standarts Minergie-A und Minergie-P-ECO. Die Photovoltaik-Pergola besteht aus 342 Photovoltaikmodulen von 1300 m2 und produziert Strom mit einer Leistung von 172 kWp, dessen \u00dcberschuss in das \u00f6rtliche Netz eingespeist wird. Heizung und K\u00fchlung erfolgen lokal und erneuerbar (Erdw\u00e4rmesonden, Grundwasser). Das Schulgeb\u00e4ude wurde zu grossen Teilen in Holzbauweise erstellt. Wo immer m\u00f6glich, hat man auch Recyclingbeton verwendet. Nach der Devise &#8222;Design for Disassembly&#8220; ist das Geb\u00e4ude so konzipiert, dass es sich bei Bedarf leicht um- und r\u00fcckbauen l\u00e4sst: Tragwerk, Fassade und Ausbau sind getrennte Systeme, und die Haustechnik wird offen und zug\u00e4nglich gef\u00fchrt. Dies wird eines Tages M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Wiederverwendung der verschiedenen Komponenten des Geb\u00e4udes bieten. Die Tatsache, dass sich der Allwetterplatz auf dem Dach befindet, erlaubte es, auf dem knappen Baufeld m\u00f6glichst wenig Boden zu versiegeln.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Photovoltaik-Elemente sind in eine weiss gestrichene Stahl-Glas-Konstruktion integriert und dienen auch als Wetterschutz: Auf dem Dachgeschoss kann immer im Trockenen Fussball gespielt werden, deshalb auch der Name \u201eAllwetterplatz\u201c. Das zum Eigentum der Stadt Z\u00fcrich geh\u00f6rende Geb\u00e4ude wurde letztes Jahr fertiggestellt.
