Es ist das erste Geb\u00e4ude im Tessin, das den h\u00f6chsten Schweizer Standard f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Bauen (SNBS) erreicht.<br \/>\nDem mit Korkpaneelen verkleideten Holztragwerk der Fassade liegt die Idee zugrunde, eine technologische, rindenartige H\u00fclle zu schaffen, die an die digitale Welt der vertikalen Strichcodes erinnert, und zwischen denen kristalline Silizium-Photovoltaikmodule an der S\u00fcd- und Westfassade angeordnet sind.<br \/>\nEin kleiner Teil des begr\u00fcnten Daches ist zudem mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Photovoltaikmodulen belegt, ohne jedoch die Extensivbegr\u00fcnung einzuschr\u00e4nken, die zusammen mit der Gestaltung der Aussenanlagen zur Regeneration und Bereicherung der biologischen Vielfalt des angrenzenden Kontextes beitr\u00e4gt (Flora und kleine Fauna mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die Vogelfauna).<br \/>\nDas Stadtmodell ist das der \u201eSmart City\u201c oder intelligenten Stadt, mit der Umsetzung von Modellen f\u00fcr gemeinschaftliches Wohnen nach den neuesten Methoden des \u201eSmart Living\u201c und \u201eCo-Working\u201c.In diesem Fall wurde ein Hub mit Wohnungen zur Kurzzeitvermietung entworfen: ein Geb\u00e4ude, das zwischen einem Mehrfamilienhaus und einer Hotelstruktur einzuordnen ist. Zweiundzwanzig m\u00f6blierte und komplett eingerichtete Wohnungen, die auch nur f\u00fcr einige Wochen bewohnt werden k\u00f6nnen und mit einem Konnex (KNX)- Standard f\u00fcr die Hausautomation zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Nachhaltigkeit ausgestattet sind.<br \/>\nDank Ladestationen f\u00fcr Autos und f\u00fcr die den Mietern zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Elektrofahrr\u00e4der beg\u00fcnstigt das Geb\u00e4ude auch die Elektromobilit\u00e4t .
