Der Masterplan von Peter M\u00e4rkli sieht zwei Hochh\u00e4user vor, von denen M\u00e4rkli eines selbst realisieren wird. Beide stehen in unmittelbarer Beziehung zu einem Pavillon, der vom K\u00fcnstler Alexander Brodsky entworfen wurde. Das Hochhaus H1 wird \u00fcberdies von einem gestaffelt ausgebildeten L\u00e4ngsbau von L\u00fctjens Padmanabhan Architekten flankiert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das Hochhaus H1 ist ein dezent gerichtetes, rund 75 Meter hohes Volumen, das sich mit seiner Schmalseite zum Zwhatt-Platz hin orientiert. Auf drei Seiten akzentuiert eine Arkade sch\u00fctzend die Eing\u00e4nge und reagiert dabei r\u00e4umlich auf den nahen Pavillon und den L\u00e4ngsbau. Der massive Sockel bildet mit markanten, \u00fcber drei Geschosse f\u00fchrenden St\u00fctzen einen Tisch, auf dem ein filigraner Holzbau steht. Dieser spannungsvolle Strukturwechsel ist deutlich lesbar und erm\u00f6glicht ein \u00f6ffentliches Erdgeschoss.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die filigrane Metallfassade mit allseitig horizontal auskragenden Photovoltaikelementen ist analog zu den Geschossen modular aufgebaut. Die Photovoltaikelemente erm\u00f6glichen aufgrund ihrer horizontalen Stellung einen sehr hohen Ertrag, zugleich sch\u00fctzen sie als Brise-soleil die Innenr\u00e4ume vor \u00dcberhitzung und erm\u00f6glichen eine gute Tageslichtnutzung. Die den Funktionen entsprechenden Variationen der Fenstereinteilung beleben die klar strukturierten Fassaden. Die Loggias wiederum verleihen dem Volumen Tiefe und K\u00f6rperhaftigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Holzhybridkonstruktion spart im Vergleich zu einem Massivbau in der Tragkonstruktion rund 20 Prozent oder 670 Tonnen CO<sub>2<\/sub> im Lebenszyklus des Hauses, welcher nach Standard auf 60 Jahre gerechnet wird. Das Geb\u00e4udetechnikkonzept ist auf die Vorgaben des \u00abSIA-Effizienzpfads\u00bb Energie abgestimmt. Der Neubau wird mit Nahw\u00e4rme und -k\u00e4lte aus der Areal-Energiezentrale versorgt, wobei die W\u00e4rme \u00fcber Grundwasserw\u00e4rmepumpen erzeugt wird. Mit der Nachstr\u00f6mung \u00fcber die Fassaden und der Abluft \u00fcber die Nasszellen ist keine kontrollierte L\u00fcftung der Wohnungen n\u00f6tig, womit der m\u00f6glichst passiven Strategie des Hauses Rechnung getragen wird.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Fertigstellung von Hochhaus H1 ist f\u00fcr 2025 geplant, w\u00e4hrend die gesamte Umgestaltung des Areals im Jahr 2030 abgeschlossen sein soll.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/4&#8243;
